After a few months and well over 1,000 visitors, Beef Thoughts has garnered quite a bit of reaction. We appreciate the support and, as always, welcome any criticism--how else are we going to get better?

Dear Brandi,
It's always nice to hear from a female fan, they are few and far between. To answer your question, Brandi, I guess some of the Thoughts do center on the humorous side of things, but I don't think I'm qualified to call myself a comedian yet.
Since you took the time to e-mail me, I checked out your website. Wow! That sure does look painful! Maybe next time try to warm up before exercise--that might eliminate some of the soreness.

It was great to hear from you! At first I figured you must be in elementary school, because some of the spelling in your e-mail were a little off. Then I visited your site--all those doubled letters must just have been from some friction on the keyboard! It's good to know that the Thoughts are read by mature women as well as college guys.
I wasn't really sure what I was supposed to sprinkle salt on, so I tried like they were in some of the pictures on your website there. Yikes! Your son is a lot tougher than I am.

Haha! My real name isn't actually Gabe, although it's a good guess. I try to take it easy in the evenings, when I get back from work. Usually reading Sports Illustrated, listening to some instrumental music, or working on Beef Thoughts here helps me unwind from a long day.
Your Babee seems to be all grown up there, Kev. Where I went to school, they usually teach about all that stuff in health class. Was your daughter home schooled? That's a difficult subject to talk to your kids about. Still, better late than never.
